She orchestrates our company through many occupational titles including: listing agent, buying agent, new construction agent and mentor. She began her real estate career in April 2004 as a single agent but in June 2011 it was time for a change and the team was born. Connie brings her experience, knowledge and spirit of mentorship to the table. She believes in supporting and employing others to have a better life, more time with their family and the ability to balance both. Each team member starts out as an assistant and is personally trained to become the best agents they can be. Connie feels that continued growth is rooted in continued education. Designations and training are of the utmost importance. She consistently earns new designations and holds her agents to the same standard. Connie enjoys working with and supporting team members to achieve their goals. This team has great synergy and it shows!

Connie’s passion for the industry keeps her in the game. “There is such a powerful feeling in bringing buyers and sellers together when you find the perfect house. I love that!” She and her team understand that it is not just a house it is a home. They are able to facilitate all parties and keep to the strict schedules involved. It is rewarding to see the process unfold from the start of the home search until settlement. Connie believes any question is a good question, no matter how small. She always wants each client to understand each step involved. She and her team are from the beginning of the transaction through closing and beyond.

Connie is a third generation St. Mary’s County native. Her roots are here and this is where she belongs. Her first real job was as a nurse for St. Mary’s Hospital. She has owned and operated several small businesses over the years. At one point she was the COO of a Business Brokerage, buying and selling companies. That was until she bought one and managed it herself. She then decided that there must be more she could do with her life. Later in her life Connie found her true career. It comes naturally to her; she was born to be a REALTOR. She has had many real estate transactions in her life and has always bought and sold property. She is grateful to be able to make a full time career out of something she loves. As a busy agent Connie welcomes the chance to enjoy life as well. She loves to read, travel and entertain. Connie tries to steal moments to read whenever she can. Whether it’s a motivational book, novel or even just a quick magazine article she loves to read. Travel in the states and abroad is something Connie always looks forward to. She has truly enjoyed visiting Italy, France, Costa Rica, Bermuda and Cancun to name a few. Connie truly appreciates the architecture, amazing food and awesome cultures she has been able to experience. She looks forward to other opportunities to see more countries. But every time she returns from a trip Connie has a renewed appreciation for where she lives. While home Connie loves to spend time with family and friends! She revels in the chance to host Halloween Parties, Wine Tastings, Easter Egg Hunts, or Open Houses; you name it!
